GM Applications Section is CLOSED! I repeat CLOSED!

Hello, I'm gonna put some rules for the GM Applications.

^{#1, you need a minimum of 15 posts to post an application(No Spamming)
#2, Must have 1 rebirth in game before posting an application(Once the server is opened this rule will be applied)}

Those are the 2 most important ones.
I'm putting rules like this because,
I've noticed applications that the person has only 1 post and it's there GM application.
And if we put the 1 Rebirth rule it would Increase the ammount of "Good" players we have.
